- Invested by Kunshan city government for 200 million RMB in two year period
- Focus on translational Biomedicine research particularly in application of RNAi technologies and drug discovery.
- Promote biomedicine companies to develop in China and incubator projects and biotechs in the region
- 10 research group and 10 late phase projects will be supported in 2009
