    中国科学院院士(1995年)。1958年毕业于北京医学院药学系,1967年在北京医学院药学系研究生毕业,师从王序教授(中科院学部委员,有机化学)。1981年-1983年赴美国弗吉尼亚大学化学系做访问学者。回国后在北京医科大学药学院任副研究员,1985年-今任北京医科大学(1985-1999),北京大学药学院教授(1999-今)。1987-1999年北京医科大学药学院任院长。 曾兼任国家自然科学基金委化学部主任(1999-2006)。现任 “Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry””ChemMedChem” “Medicinal Research Review”和 “Current Topics of Medicinal Chemistry”国际编委。《中国药物化学》杂志主编,《高等学校化学学报》副主编。Eur.J. Med. Chem. 副主编。研究方向:核酸化学及抗肿瘤抗病毒药物研究。系统研究了细胞内信号分子cADPR和cAMP的结构和生物活性;酶性核酸的断裂机理;寡核苷酸结构修饰和识别以及抗肿瘤,抗病毒的核苷和核苷酸的合成。
 
He graduated from Department of Pharmacy, Beijing Medical College in 1958 and got graduate diploma of medicinal chemistry in 1967 from the same college (major in organic chemistry under the guidance of Professor Xu Wang, Academician of CAS). He worked in Department of Chemistry, University of Virginia, USA, as research associate from 1981-1983. In 1985, he became professor of medicinal chemistry in School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Beijing Medical University and was appointed dean of School of pharmaceutical Sciences, Beijing Medical University (1987-1999) and Director of Chemistry Division of National Natural Science Foundation of China (1999-2006). He is on the Editorial boards of a number of scientific journals including MedicinalResearch Reviews, Current Topics in Medicinal Chemistry and Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry, ChemmedChem. He is the Associate Editor of European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry; Editor in Chief of Journal of Chinese Medicinal Chemistry; Associate Editor of Journal of Chemistry of Chinese Universities. His research interests include chemistry of nucleosides and nucleotides, anticancer and antiviral drugs. He made a systematic study in the chemical and biological activity of intracellular messenger cADPR and cAMP. He made outstanding contributions to the research areas of ribozyme cleavage mechanism, the nature and recognition of artificial oligonucleotides, and anticancer and antiviral activity of nucleosides and nucleotides.

    1998年获得北京医科大学药物化学专业博士学位,2000-2002年在美国佐治亚大学药学院从事博士后研究,2008年起任北京大学医学部药学院教授、药物化学系副主任、天然药物及仿生药物国家重点实验室课题组长。曾任国家自然科学基金委员会化学部化学生物学流动项目主任,现担任中国化学会化学生物学和化学教育两个专业委员会委员。主要研究方向包括:1. 化学修饰的反义寡核苷酸和siRNA药物;2. 基于核酸适配体的疾病检测新技术;3. 环核苷酸类信使分子化学生物学研究;4. 核苷类抗病毒药物。近年来,在乳腺癌和肝癌识别的适配子设计与筛选、含氟有机功能分子可控性合成及应用、小RNA技术前沿研究、异核苷单磷酸酯类抗病毒药物、以及化学修饰类miRNA在抑制肝癌转移的作用机制研究与应用方面,取得了重要研究进展。
    近5年发表研究论文46篇,申请和授权专利15项,其中国际PCT专利申请2项。曾获教育部自然科学一等奖一项、二等奖两项,国家自然科学二等奖一项。
 
Dr. Yang got his doctorate in pharmaceutical chemistry from Beijing Medical University in 1998. He worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at college of pharmacy in University of Georgia in 2000-2002. From 2008, he is working as a professor at Peking University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He is the deputy director of the Department of Medicinal Chemistry. His principal research directions include: 1. Modified antisense oligonucleotides and siRNA drugs; 2. New techniques based on aptamers for disease detection; 3. Chemical biology research of cyclic nucleotide messengers; 4. Nucleoside antiviral drugs. Recently, his group has made significant research progress in the design and screening of breast and liver cancer aptamers, controllable synthesis and application of fluorine-incorporated organic functional molecules, frontier research of small RNA technology, ribonucleoside monophosphate antiviral drugs, and mechanism and application of inhibiting liver cancer metastasis by chemically modified miRNA.
In recent 5 years, he has published 46 influential papers and applied for 15 patents, two of which were international PCT patents. 
 
课题组主要研究方向:
 
1,化学修饰的反义寡核苷酸和siRNA药物研究:异核苷修饰及双肽缀合siRNA的生物活性研究,及其脂质体运载体系跨膜机制和胞内分布代谢研究;
2,基于核酸适配体的疾病靶向检测新技术研究:异核苷修饰的核酸适配体靶标结合模式研究,及基于核酸适配体的早期肿瘤靶向检测体系构建;
3,环核苷酸类信使分子化学生物学研究:基于PIII/PV配位化学的一釜法环核苷酸合成及第二信使分子衍生物网络调控活性研究;
4,核苷类抗病毒药物研究: 基于代谢及聚合酶识别的抗肿瘤及抗病毒核苷(酸酯)前药发现。
 
    近5年共发表研究论文41篇,其中Biomaterials 1篇(2014);J Control Release 1篇(2016), Chem. Commun. 2篇(2015, 2011); Sci. Rep. 1篇(2016); Bioconjugate Chem. 2篇(2016, 2013);Org. Biomol. Chem. 4篇。申请专利6项和授权专利11项,其中国际PCT专利申请2项。曾获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文(2000), 获教育部自然科学一等奖一项(第三完成人, 1999)、二等奖两项(第三完成人, 2002;第一完成人, 2009),国家自然科学二等奖一项(第五完成人, 2004)。负责科技部973课题、863培育课题、自然基金委重点课题子课题和面上项目多项。
